Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Sale items and accessories (e.g., bridal accessories) are final sale and non-returnable
- Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned
How to Return

- We'll send you a return authorization and instructions within [2-3] business days

- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately.
